摘要
首先借助Reynolds方程导出挤压油膜的压力分布,然后采用二系数法分析挤压油膜阻尼器的非线性特性.理论分析和实例计算的结果都表明:它的刚度系数和阻尼系数都是非线性变化的,是一个高度非线性的元件,用二系数法对其进行线性化会产生很大的误差.
Firstly, the pressure distribution of the squeeze film is derived via the basic Reynold's equation. Then, the nonlinear characteristics of the squeeze-film damper are analyzed by using the two-coefficient method. Theoretical analyses and numerical results show that its stiffness coefficients and damping coefficients are nonlinear with respect to the position, and it is an element of high non-linearity. So, if the nonlinear fluid film forces are linearized by using the two-coefficient method, the caused errors are very great.
