摘要
从实测大生产物料的动态表面张力和静态表面张力数据,用表面活性剂在涂布液的扩散和在新表面吸附过程,分析涂布过程出现的涂布弊病,并提出解决的办法。
Based on experimental data resulted from the measu re ment of the static and dynamic surface tensions of mass production process m aterial,and through the study of the diffusion of surface active agent in the coating liquid and its adsorption on the newly formed surface,coating defects h appened during the coating process were analyzed,and countermeasures were propos ed.
