摘要
按照设计运输生产率确定货载的断面积和弹簧应该具有的挠度,根据作用在弹簧托辊上的径向载荷设计簧丝直径,并对托辊挠度进行校核,同时根据作用在弹簧托辊上的轴向载荷校核和径向载荷校核弹簧强度的思路,给出了弹簧的设计计算方法,并附有应用示例。
The spring carrier roller has the function of automatically adjusting its off-centeritself, and has feature of varying its groove angle, but it has no complete calculationmethod. The paper defines the area of the cross section of cargo load and thespring deflection which should exist according to the designed transportingproductivity, designs the diameter of the spring wire based on the radial loadapplied to the spring wire based on the radial load applied to the spring carrierroller, and proofs the deflection of the carrier roller, at the same time, the papergives a design and calculation method in the light of the idea that the springstrength is proofed by the axial and radial loads applied to the carrier roller. Inaddition, the paper attaches the using instance.
