摘要
目的 :采用高效液相色谱法测定柴黄片中黄芩苷的含量 ,以控制该制剂的质量。方法 :以C18化学键合硅胶柱分离黄芩苷 ,以甲醇 水 醋酸 (4 0∶6 0∶1)为流动相 ,UV检测波长 2 74nm进行测定。结果 :黄芩苷峰与其它组分峰的分离度为2 .6 ,理论塔板数以黄芩苷峰计算为 14 710 ;方法的平均加样回收率为 98.2 % ,RSD =2 .3% (n =5 )。黄芩苷在 0 .2 5~ 2 .5 μg范围内 ,进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。结论 :本法测定柴黄片中黄芩苷的含量 ,结果准确 ,重复性好。
Objective: To determine the content of baicalinein Chaihuang tablet to control the quality of this preparation by RP HPLC.Methods: Baicaline was separated on Spherisorb C 18 column by using methanol acetic acid water (40∶60∶1) as amobile phase and UV detection wavelength at 274 nm.Result: The resolution was 2.60 ; The number of theoretical plates calculated for paeoniflorin peak was 14 710; The average recovery of the added index was 98.8% . RSD = 0.92% ( n =5). Ther was a good linear relationship within a range of 0.25 2.5 μg.Conclusion: The methed was highly reproducible and accurate.
