摘要
目的 :探讨鹅冰舒冠滴丸对冠心病心绞痛动脉脂质斑块的影响。方法 :用食饵造成兔高脂血症及动脉粥样硬化症模型 ,并予静脉注射垂体后叶素 ,诱发急性心肌缺血模型。将实验动物随机分为空白组、模型组、复方丹参滴丸组以及鹅冰舒冠滴丸小、中、大剂量组。施以不同的处理 ,从有关理化指标、病理组织学方面观察鹅冰舒冠滴丸对动脉脂质斑块发生、发展、稳定及消褪的影响。结果 :鹅冰舒冠滴丸能调节血脂代谢 ,以大剂量组作用最好 ,升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的作用好于复方丹参滴丸组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;调节 ET/ NO平衡 ;保护血管内皮细胞 ;改善实验兔的缺血心电图 ,以大剂量组 30 min时降低升高的 T波程度明显好于复方丹参滴丸组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;减少动脉脂质斑块大小 ,以中、小剂量组效果较复方丹参滴丸组好 (P均 <0 .0 5 )。结论 :鹅冰舒冠滴丸对缺血心肌有较好的保护作用 ,对延缓动脉硬化及对动脉内膜脂质斑块的发生、发展。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of Ebing Shuguan droppill on arterial lipid plague in treating coronary angina pectoris. Methods: The hyperlipemia and atherosclerosis rabbit model was established with the phagosource, and the Pituitrin was given by intravenous injection to induce the acute myocardial ischemia. The animals were randomly divided into negative control group, model group, composite salvia miltiorrhiza group and low, middle, highdose of Ebing Shuguan droppill group. The biochemistry indexes and pathological histology changes were observed. Results: Ebing Shuguan droppills could regulate the blood lipid(highdose of it had the best effect) and the balance of endothelin(ET)/nitric oxide(NO), increasing highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol(compared to the composite salvia miltiorrhiza group, P <0 05), protect the endothelial cell, improve myocardial ischemia of the experimental rabbit. Highdose group had the better effect on decreasing the increased T wave at 30 minutes compared to the composite salvia miltiorrhiza group ( P <0 05). Ebing Shuguan droppill could decrease the size of arterial lipid plague, especially in middleand smalldose group(compared to the composite salvia miltiorrhiza group, both P <0 05). Conclusion: EBing Shuguan droppills can protect myocardial, delay atherosclerosis lipid plaque happening and developing, even extincting atherosclerosis lipid plaque.
