摘要
合成了2-(2-苯并噻唑偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯甲酸(BTAEB)并研究了其与铑(Ⅲ)的显色反应。结果表明,在 pH 4.3~5.5的乙醇水溶液中 BTAEB 与铑(Ⅲ)形成一种稳定的青绿色配合物,其最大吸收波长位于682nm。表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.10×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。配合物中 Rh(Ⅲ)与 BTAEB 的组成比为1:2。铑含量在 0~16μg/25mL 范围内服从比尔定律。在氟化钠和 EDTA 存在下反应具有较高的选择性。用于催化剂中铑的测定,结果满意。
In this paper,2-(2-benzothiazolylazo)-5-di-ethylaminobenzoic acid(BTAEB)has been syn-thesized and its colour reaction with rhodium(Ⅲ)was studied.In a buffer medium with pH rangeof 4.3~5.5 rhodium reacts with BTAEB to forma stable complex,exhibiting an absorption maxi-mum at 682nm.The apparent molar absorptivitywas found to be 1.10×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).Thecomposition of the complex was established as Rh(Ⅲ):BTAEB=1:2.Beer's law is obeyed in therange of 0~16μg of rhodium per 25 mL.In theprescnce of EDTA and sodium fluoride the me-thod is highly selective.It was applied to thedetermination of rhodium in catalysts with satis-factory results.
