激光照射去除正畸金属托槽的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :探讨激光去除正畸金属托槽的可行性。方法 :利用激光照射去除金属托槽的方法进行离体牙实验 ,依据激光照射的条件、所施加的外力及托槽表面涂剂的不同对实验结果进行比较。结果 :激光照射可以去除托槽及牙齿表面的粘合剂 ,其脱落时间与激光的照射的功率、工作电流及其表面涂剂有关。结论 :激光照射可以作为去除正畸金属托槽的一种方法。 Objective:To explore the possibility of laser aided debonding for removing orthodontic metallic brackests.Methods:The removal of metallic brackets from enamel surface by means of laser heating was investigated in vitro.The results were compared according to the laser setting,the average force necessary to break the adhesive between the brackets and the teeth and the different edible pigment on the surface of the brackets.Results:Laser illumination could remove the adhesive on the surfuce of brackets and teeth.The debonding time was associated with the power of laser,electric current and edible pigment on the surface of the brackets.Conclusion:Laser illumination can be used to remove orthodontic metallic brackets.
