摘要
目的比较社会养老与居家养老老年人的心理健康状况及心理需求。方法采用随机分层抽样的方法,选择银川市某养老机构的老年人150例作为社会养老组及银川市部分社区的居家老年人150例作为居家养老组。采用《一般资料调查表》、《老年人心理健康问卷》及《老年人心理需求问卷》进行调查。结果文化程度越高的老年人,其心理健康总分及认知维度得分越高,不同文化程度间比较,性格、适应及人际维度得分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);脑力劳动组与体力劳动组间得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);社会养老组的心理健康总分及性格、情绪、适应维度得分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);心理需求的4个维度进行均值比较,差异均有统计学意义(F=192.10,P<0.05)。结论医养结合养老机构老年人心理健康状况优于居家养老组,从家庭养老转化为社会养老将成为我国未来养老模式发展的必然趋势。
Objective To compare the mental health status and psychological needs of the aged in nursing home and nursing home.Methods 150 cases of senior citizens in a nursing home and some communities in Yinchuan city were selected as research objects by random stratified sampling method.General information questionnaire,mental health questionnaire and mental needs questionnaire were used.Results The higher the education level,the higher the total score of mental health and cognitive dimension score.The differences in personality,adaptation and interpersonal relationship dimensions between different levels of education were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between mental labor and physical labor was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of mental health,personality,emotion and adaptation in the social care group were statistically significant(P<0.05).Mean value comparison and pairwise comparison of the four dimensions of psychological needs showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The mental health status of the elderly in the combination of medical and nursing care institutions is better than that of the home-based care group.
