摘要
目的 :观察回心草对缺血性心脏病的临床疗效 ,探讨其作用机理。方法 :将 6 0例缺血性心脏病患者随机分为中西医结合治疗组 30例和西药对照组 30例 ,观察其临床疗效、治疗前后心电图、D - 2聚体 (DD)、血管血友病因子 (vWF)的变化。结果 :中西医结合治疗组及西药对照组临床症状改善明显 ,其有效率分别为 93 33%及73 33%。差异显著 (P <0 0 5 ) ,同时 ,中西结合治疗组较西药对照组缺血性心电图改善明显 (P <0 0 5 )。DD、vWF明显下降 (P <0 0 5或 0 0 1) ,且组间差异明显 (P <0 0 5或 0 0 1) ,不良反应少。结论 :回心草治疗缺血性心脏病疗效明显 ,具有抗血管内血栓形成、减轻内皮细胞受损作用 ,是治疗该病具有广阔前景的中药。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Rhodobryum Roseum Limp. on ischemic heart disease(IHD) and explore the curative mechanism. Method: 60 cases of IHD were divided into two groups randomly, 30 cases were treated by combination of traditional Chinese medicine and west medicine, other 30 cases by conventional west medicine, the therapeutic efficiency, electrocardiogram, level of DD and vWF were compared and analysed before and after treatment. Result: In both groups, the clinical symptoms were improved markedly, the total effective ratio of treatment group was 93.3%, and was superior to 73.3% of control group (P<0.05), whereas, in the treatment group, the ischemic ECG changes improved significantly blood level of DD(P<0.05) and decreased vWF obviously(P<0.05 or 0.01), and the difference is obvious between two groups after treatment. There were less side effects. Conclusion: Rhodobryum Roseum Limp. has obvious effect on IHD. It can not only resist the forming of thrombs, but also improve vascular endothelium, alleviate. It is an ideal traditional Chinese drug for treating IHD. (Original article on page 140)
