摘要
在环评工作中,通过设备产能分析,可核实企业报批产量的合理性,便于监管建设项目并计算污染物最大排放速率。结合喷漆和橡胶项目案例,介绍物料衡算法和产污系数法2种最大排放速率计算方法。
During environmental impact assessment(EIA), equipment productivity analysis plays an important role in verifying reasonability of the yield reported by enterprises,supervising construction projects, and calculating the maximum emission rate of pollutants. In this paper, material balance method and pollution production coefficient method were introduced through painting and rubber projects cases to calculate the maximum emission rate of pollutants.
