摘要
综述了近十几年组培褐化现象,探究其产生原因,提出了减轻褐化现象的措施,并对今后发展提出建议,以期为植物组培的发展提供一些理论帮助,从而降低植物组培褐化现象的发生。
Browning phenomenon of plant tissue culture over the last few years was reviewed. Causes were inquired. Measures to reduce browning phenomenon were put forward. Suggestions were made to provide some theoretical help for development of plant tissue culture,and reduce browning phenomenon of plant tissue culture.
