摘要
在实验的基础上 ,研究了旋转锉刀刃曲线的成型原理 ,建立了旋转锉刀刃曲线的数学模型 ,分析了旋转锉四轴联动CNC磨削运动的特点 ,用静态的方法建立了柱形、锥形、弧形、椭圆形、球形等基本外形旋转锉简单而实用的加工模型 ;最后给出了由基本外形组合而成的复杂外形旋转锉加工实例 .实验证明该模型是正确的 。
Based on experiments, the forming theory about cutting edge curves of rotary burrs is studied, the related mathematical model is constructed and the motion characteristics are also analyzed. Using a static method, the authors develop some simple practical grinding models, such as cylindrical shell, taper, arc, ellipse, etc. Then the complex shapes composed of these basic ones are given out together with their machining examples. These models have been proved by experiment and applied in practice.
