摘要
随着人们文化生活水平提高以及健康观念的转变,住院患者的自我保护意识也不断地增强。护理纠纷的发生现正呈上升趋势。在临床护理工作中,而真正属于护理差错或护理事故的纠纷却是微乎其微。良好的护患关系对提高护理工作质量,预防护理纠纷的发生能够起到一定的积极作用。护士与患者之间交流的特点和形式。交流障碍的几种表现形式。建立良好的护患关系,防止和减少纠纷的发生。
With the improvement of people's living standard and transition of health concept,patients' self-protection consciousness also increase continuously,and the incidence of nursing disputes appears the rising trend. While in clinical nursing,only a little disputes are caused by nursing errors and accidents. A good relationship between nurses and patients plays an active role in improving nursing quality and preventing nursing disputes. So we should build a good nurse-patient relationship so as to prevent and reduce the nursing disputes.
