摘要
目的:分析并研究循证护理在深静脉血栓形成护理中的应用。方法:以本院2015年5月~2016年5月间收治的60例深静脉血栓形成患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同将所有患者分为两组,对照组30例,实验组30例。对照组患者采用常规化护理方式,实验组采用循证护理方式。对比两组患者的护理满意度。结果:实验组的护理满意度为93.33%,对照组的护理满意度为76.67%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对深静脉血栓形成患者实施循证护理具有显著的护理效果,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing on the deep venous thrombosis. Methods: 60 cases of patients with deep venous thrombosis in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were divided into observation group(n=30) and control group(n=30) according to the different nursing methods. The conventional nursing was adopted for the control group, the observation group were given evidence-based nursing. Patients' satisfaction to nursing care of the two groups were compared. Results: Patient satisfaction with care in the observation group was 93.33%, while in the control group was 76.67%, The difference was statistically signifi cant between the two groups(P <0.05). Conclusion: The effect of evidence-based nursing on the deep venous thrombosis is remarkable, which deserves to be well introduced to clinic.
