摘要
采用文献资料法、观察法、实验法和统计法,探讨运用“掌握学习”教育思想于武术教学过程,结果显示这种教学方法不仅能提高学生们的学习积极性和自主能力、最大限度地挖掘学生的潜力、减轻了教师的教学压力,而且在学生的运动技能和技术方面取得了较好的教学效果。
Applied in the teaching of Wll Shu with the methods of document,observation and statistic, The idea of 'master—then study'reveals its strong points,it can not only improve the students'enthusiasm and ability of independence,but also ease the teachers'pressure.What is more,it has obtained a better teaching effect in the students'athletic skill and provides a good reference in Wushu teaching.
