摘要
如何提高企业技术创新的积极性 ,提高技术创新的激励效应 ,这是摆在我们面前非常重要和现实的问题。我们在分析现有的技术创新激励理论、措施的基础上 ,指出其存在的问题 ,提出相机的激励决策 ,即充分发掘、培育。
How to activate technological innovation in an enterprise,and how to improve the incentive effect in technological innovation are two important and practical problems. On the basis of the analysis of current incentive theories and measures,the article points out their problems and presents corresponding solutions,that is, to cultivate,nurture,and promote the motives in technological innovation in various enterprises.
