摘要
以晶状碳酸稀土、柠檬酸或柠檬酸铵为原料 ,采用络合沉淀法制备了氧化稀土超细粉体。对温度、摩尔比、pH值等影响因素进行了试验 ,结果表明 ,柠檬酸络盐法制得的超细粉体其分散性好 ,粒径在 2 0 - 4 0nm ,粒度分布均匀。
Using RE 2(CO 3) 3 and Citric acid or Ammonium citrate as raw materials,super-fine powders were prepared by complexed precipitation method. The effect of temperature,molecule ratio, pH factors on powder size was investigated. The powders have good dispersal, and small size rang of particle size. The method is favor of industrial production.
