摘要
采用文献资料法,对形象思维与武术的内在关系进行科学、详实的分析,总结其内在规律。并在此基础上与武术的教学、训练实践紧密结合,对形象思维在武术教学、训练中的运用进行探析。研究认为,在武术教学、训练中科学地运用形象思维不但可以事半功倍,还可达到"智、体"兼育之目的。
The relationships between image thinking and Wushu were studied to summarize the inner laws and to combine image thinking with Wushu teaching and practice. It was found that image thinking could produce twice the result with half the effort and train the students intellectually and physically.
