摘要
建立了计及变频器死区效应和异步电动机磁路饱和的变频调速系统模型 ,通过计算系统特征值分析了变频调速系统的稳定性 ,确定出在整个调速范围内存在两种潜在的稳定性问题 :即因变频电源的死区效应而导致的低频轻载时的转速振荡和LC滤波器与异步电机参数构成自激振荡。为改善系统稳定性需对死区进行补偿。
A complete system model, which takes induction motor's magnetic saturation and inverter's dead time effect into accounts, is established. By calculating the eigenvalues of its characteristic equation, MV ASD's dynamic stability is analyzed and two potential oscillation problems are found: one is due to inverter's dead time effect in low speed regions and the other is due to the self excitation between filter capacitor and induction motor in high speed regions. Dead time effect is needed to compensate for improving the dynamic stability. Experiment results verified the existence of these two problems and the validity of the proposed model.
