摘要
针对电子产品受到ESD威胁日益严重的现状,本文通过详细论述ESD破坏的特点,揭示了静电作为隐蔽的“杀手”,其突发的伤害、潜在的威胁、复杂的成因使电子产业蒙受了巨大的损失,提出了综合运用均压、接地、泄流、屏蔽和箝位等技术,并辅之以一套行之有效的培训、管理制度和操作程序,构成一个完整的静电防护体系的思想,将静电这个当今电子工业中的“恐怖分子”拒之门外。
Concerning with the present condition that electric products are gradually threat-ened by the ESD severely,this article uncovers the electrostatic as a hide″murderer″by describing the damage caused by the ESD specifically.The sudden damages,potential threats,multiple causes make a tremendous loss of the electronics industry.The article in-troduces a method which synthesizes applications to equivalent voltage,connecting to the ground,discharging the power,clamping the voltage and shielding.The method should be assisted with efficient trainings,managements and operation procedure.All these help con-structing a complete protection system to the electrostatic,which will exclude the electro-static,the terror of the current electronics industry out of it.
