摘要
在进行板坯连铸二冷技术相关基础研究的基础上,通过优化二冷配水制度和应用二冷动态控制技术,满足高拉速条件下改善铸坯质量、扩大连铸品种的需要。
On the basis of the related basic investigation on secondary cooling technology of slab continuous casting, the secondary cooling water schedule has been optimized, and dynamic control of secondary cooling has also been applied to the 1350mm slab caster at Pansteel, which meet the need of improvement on slab quality and extension of steel grade cast.
