摘要
以硝酸铜和氢氧化钠为原料制备出纳米CuO ,与传统的溶胶 凝胶方法制备的球形纳米CuO相比 ,高压 热晶法制备的纳米CuO呈片状结构。通过扫描电镜观察、X 射线衍射分析及耐老化烧结等实验研究发现 ,它比用溶胶 凝胶法制备的球形颗粒稳定性好 ,比表面积大 ,而且自分散 ,用于锂离子电池负极 ,比能量更高。
Compared with sol-gel method, the high pressure-heated method could be used to compound a sheet-structure nano-CuO with Cu(NO 3) 2 and NaOH. By the results of SEM, spectrum and heated at a high temperature, we can get an idea that the nano-CuO made by the high pressure-heated method is more stable, self-scattered and a greater rate of surface area. So Li-ion battery with a negative electrode made of the nano-CuO would have a higher specific energy and a more stable work state.
