摘要
"新经济"是指在经济全球化背景下以信息技术为基础、以高新科技产业为龙头的经济,其核心是观念的创新、运行模式的创新和技术的创新。与传统经济相比较,新经济具有使生产者的"报酬递增"与消费者的"效用递增"的性质;新经济与传统经济中的价格决定完全不同,生产方式也不同;新经济条件下知识生产率也将取代传统经济的劳动生产率;同时新经济使经济可持续发展成为可能。但是"新经济"需在传统经济的基础上才有可能发展,新经济需要与传统经济结合。
New economy' is the economy based on Information technology and the industry of high and new technology on the background of economy globalization, it's heart is the innovation of concept, running pattern and technology.
