摘要
对梅山铁矿选矿厂原磁重预选工艺 75~ 12mm、12~ 2mm、2~ 0mm 3个粒级在生产中存在的问题进行了分析 ,介绍了针对这些问题进行的增加 0 .5~ 0mm细粒级选别系统、更新主要选别设备、调整选别粒级范围等技术改造 。
Based on the analysis of the problems in the orignal preconcentration technology of magnetic separation and gravity separation for 75~12 mm,12~ 2 mm and 2~ 0 mm particle size fractions, technical transformation was made in view of them, which included the addition of a separation system for 0.5~ 0 mm fine particle size fraction, the renewal of main separation equipment and the regulation of particle size fraction range. Evaluation was made on the technical and economical effects of the transformation.
