摘要
对平均粒径为100 nm左右的氢氧化镁超细粉体进行了表面改性处理。通过对聚氯乙烯材料的力学性能测试,筛选出钛酸酯偶联剂做为氢氧化镁的最佳改性剂,并确定了氢氧化镁在聚氯乙烯型材中的最佳添加份数。
Through the test of mechanical property of PVC materials, the coupling agent of organic titanate has been regarded as the best modifier of magnesium hydroxide, which is beneficial to surface modification of extra fine magnesium hydroxide powder whose average diameter being about 100 nm. The optimum portion of magnesium hydroxide being feeded in PVC profile has been determined in this paper.
