摘要
研究了3Gr2W8V钢稀土硼铝共渗工艺。试验表明,共渗层具有高硬度(HV 1800-2000)、低脆性和良好的耐磨等性能,通过实际应用,取得良好效果。
The Re-B-A1 co-infiltrating technology for steel 3Cr2W8V was studied. Experimental results showed that the effect of process condition as co-infiltration temperature on the thickness of diffusion layer was follow the general rule of diffusion. A high performance layer might be formed on the surface of mould sample by using the technology. The result was remarkable that the surface microhardness of layer could reach l 800 - 2 000 HV.
