摘要
目的 :建立盐酸川芎嗪注射液含量的 RP- HPL C测定方法。方法 :采用 L ichrosorb- C18色谱柱 (4 .6 mm× 15 0 m m,10 μm) ;流动相为乙腈 -水 (30∶ 70 ) ,流速为 1.0 m l· min- 1 ;检测波长 2 95 nm。结果 :对照品在 4～ 36 μg· ml- 1范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,r=0 .9999,平均回收率为 10 0 .1% ,RSD=0 .78%。精密度日内 RSD<0 .4 0 % (n=6 ) ,日间 RSD<0 .70 % (n=5 )。结论 :本法简便 ,可靠 ,快速 ,准确 。
Objective:To establish a RP HPLC method for determination of ligustrazine hydrochloride injection Methods:The HPLC method was used at a Lichrosorb C 18 column(4 6mm×150mm,10μm) as analytical column,acetonitrile water(30∶70) as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1 0ml·min -1 ,and detection wavelength was set at 295 nm Results:The linear range was 4~36μg·ml -1 (r=0 9999).The average recovery was 100 1% with RSD=0 78%(n=9).The intra day and inter day RSD were less than 0 40%(n=6) and 0 70%(n=5) respectively Conclusion:The method is simple,reliable,accurate and can be applied to the quality control of the injection
