摘要
用测定表面张力的方法研究了β-环糊精(β-CD)与阳离子表面活性剂3-十四烷氧基-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(R14TAC)的包结作用。研究发现,R14TAC溶液的表面张力随β-CD加入量的增加而升高,最大可接近水的表面张力值。β-CD与R14TAC主要形成摩尔比为1∶1的包结物。实验体系的表观临界胶束浓度(cmc )与β-CD的浓度呈较好的线性关系。R14TAC/β-CD的包结常数随着温度的升高而增大。由Van tHoff方程计算了包结过程的热力学参数,看来此包结过程的驱动力主要由熵提供。
Inclusion complexation of β-cyclodextrin(β-CD)with 3-tetradecoxy-2-hydroxylpropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(R14TAC)in aqueous solutions was studied by surface tension measurement at different temperatures.At a fixed concentration of R14TAC,the surface tension increases as the β-CD concentration rises.It has been shown that product of inclusion complexation of β-CD with R14TAC is mainly of the 1∶1(mol radio)type.The apparent critical micelle concentration(cmc*)of the experimental systems vary linearly with β-CD concentration,the binding constant rises along with the increase of temperature.Some thermodynamic parameters of the inclusion complexation process were calculated according to Vant Hoff equation.It looks that such inclusion complexation process is mainly contributed by entropy.
