摘要
提出了一种氧化法精制焦化汽油的工艺,对工艺过程及反应条件进行了研究,并用常规的分析方法测定油品的物性、用马达法测定油品的辛烷值。结果表明用质量分数30%的过氧化氢为氧化剂、用杂多酸(H3PMoxW12-xO40)为催化剂、以甲醇为促进剂、在35~60℃处理焦化汽油2~4h,然后将反应混合物进行液-液分离,可使焦化汽油中硫的质量分数下降40%~80%,碱性氮的质量分数下降98%~100%,碘值下降10%~30%(除去活性烯烃),精制焦化汽油为浅黄或无色透明,无臭,能稳定储存,而且精制过的焦化汽油辛烷值没有下降。氧化过程可用内环流型反应器和/或超声波来强化液-液传质。其工艺简单、条件缓和、操作方便。
A new oxidation process for coking gasoline refining using hydrogen peroxide as oxidant was investigated.Properties and octane numbers of the coking gasoline before and after treatment were measured according to standard methods.Refining of coking gasoline was carried out by treating coking gasoline with hydrogen peroxide(30%) promoted by methanol and catalyzed by heteropoly acids (H3PMoxW12-xO40) at 35 ℃ for 2 h.Results were:40%~ 80% decrease in sulfur content,substantial removal of basic nitrogen,10%~30% decrease in iodine value,and without decrease in octane number.Consequently the refined coking gasoline was stable during storage.Mass transfer rate of oxidative process can be accelerated by using loop reactor and/or supersonic wave. coking gasoline;refining;oxidation process;heteropoly acid;hydrogen peroxide;catalyst
