摘要
目的 :探讨腰椎间盘突出症椎间盘切除术后复发的再手术治疗以及预防措施。方法 :对 33例腰椎间盘突出症经椎间盘切除术后复发再手术治疗的患者进行回顾性分析。结果 :33例再手术治疗效果满意 ,其中优 1 8例 ,良 1 2例 ,可 2例 ,差 1例 ,优良率为 90 .9%,有效率为 97.0 %。结论 :术前确诊、术中定位准确、采用恰当的手术方法和精心施术 ,既是防止初次手术后复发的关键措施 ,也是再次手术成功的保证。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of reoperation after lumbar disk surgery and its preventive measures.Methods:Thirty three patients with postoperative relapse of lumbar disk protrusion underwent secondary operation.Results:There was a 97%(32/33)of effective rate,and 30(91%)patients achieved superior results.Conclusion:Not only should definite preoperative diagnosis, appropriate operation program.accurate intraoperative location and careful manipulation prevent the recurrence of first operation,but assure the success of secondary operation.
