菠菜的薄膜包装冷藏效果研究 被引量:20

摘要 对照菠菜贮藏中失水严重,导致外观萎缩,9℃下贮藏的严重黄化。菠菜用塑料薄膜不扎口包装结合2℃低温贮藏,可显著抑制其失水、黄化和腐烂,保持菠菜外观新鲜,其贮藏期达2个月。9℃条件下贮藏时,塑料薄膜不扎口包装虽显著抑制菠菜失水,但导致菠菜严重腐烂。 Spinaches(Spinacea oleracea)were packed in plastic skeps as control or packaged in plastic film bags without being sealed and stored at 9℃ for 33 days or at 2℃ for 45 days or 63 days to study the effects of film packaging without sealing and low temperature on storability of spinaches to select optimal storing method of the vegetable. Control spinaches lost water severely manifested by much higher weight-loss percent, as led to them wilting severely, and those stored at 9℃ yellowed severed. Pplastic packaging of spinaches without sealing and storing them at 2℃ could prevented them significantly form losing water, yellowing and rooting, therefore, maintained them fresh in appearance with storage period of more than 2 montns with yellowing percentage about 20%. When stored at 9℃, plastic film packing of spinaches also restrained them losing water effectively, but caused them rotted severely.
