摘要
对二级斜齿圆柱齿轮减速器进行多目标优化 .建立了二级圆柱齿轮减速器结构参数的多目标优化数学模型 .在总结前人的设计经验数据的基础上 ,确定了设计时应满足的条件———约束条件 .采用统一目标法对实例进行了结构参数的优化计算 .结果表明 ,优化计算是可行的 。
This paper presents the mult-goal optimal design of the two-grade helical cylindrical gear retarder. It eatablishes the optimized mathematical model of the two-grade helical cylindrical gear retarder and makes sure restriction condition based on designed experience data.It Carries through structural parameter optimum design for actual example with unification-object method .This paper also shows the feasible optimum design and the remarkable optimum result.
