摘要
目的 :探讨归口管治在结核病控制中的作用与成效 ,有效地提高病人的发现水平。方法 :按照《深圳市肺结核病归口管治暂行办法》的要求 ,辖区各级医院开展归口管治工作统一上报资料及项目办工作资料。结果 :各级卫生行政部门利用相关法规及规范文件 ,对归口管治工作进行干预及规范化管理。自 1996～ 2 0 0 1年 ,肺结核病人转诊到位率常住人口95 .5 % ,暂住人口 90 .5 %。综合性医院转诊的涂阳病人占结防机构登记涂阳肺结核病人为常住人口 73.6 % ,暂住人口79.6 %。结论 :综合性医院可疑者转诊是发现涂阳病人的主要途径。管好外来人口是控制传染源的重要手段。行政部门干预 ,综合性医院积极配合 ,结防机构归口管理落实 ,是提高病人发现率和治愈率的重要措施。
Objective: To explore the role and effectiveness of covergence case-management in tuberculosis control and effectively improve the level of seeking tuberculosis case. Methods: According to 'the provisional regulation of pulmonary tuberculosis covergence case-management in shenzhen',all reports forms and statistical data of project office were analysed. Results: Health administrative department applied law regulations and regular documents to intervene and regular-management in the transferring case-management system.From 1996 to 2001,the transferring rate of tuberculosis patients successfully residents were 95.5%,non-residents were 90.5%.Among new registration smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis case from tuberculosis control units,residents 73.6%,non-residents 79.6%,were from general hospital transferring diagnosis. Conclusion: Convergence case-management plays a major role in the new smear-positive case finding.Management of floating population was important way to control infect-case.It was centralized management that administrative department to interve,general hospital transferring diagnosis actived and tuberculosis control units convergence case-management timely from reportrd tuberculosis case to improve case detection rate and cure rate.
