摘要
对Al_2O_3、ZTA和PSZ三种陶瓷材料进行了试验。结果表明,PSZ满足发动机工作要求,适合做发动机摇臂。用扫描电镜对陶瓷摇臂疲劳磨损机理进行了分析。
Three kinds of ceramic i. e. Al_2O_3, ZTA and PSZ were tasted. It was found the PSZ showed the best character istc among them. PSZ materials can be designed to satisfy the working conditions of the engine and used for engine rocker arm. By means of scaning electron microscope, the fatigue wear mechanism of ceramic rocker arm was analysed.
