摘要 在不锈钢的基体上用等离子喷涂铜层,形成不锈钢-表面涂铜材料,大幅度提高了材料的导热性能、抗热震性能。由于传热均匀,不锈钢受热部位发黑现象得到很大的改善。 This material is madc up of the stainless steel, on the matrix of which a copper coating is sprayed by means of plasma. It greatly improves its heat conductivity, the heat shock resistence and the capacity of the creep resistence unales high temperature. With homogeneous heat transfer, the blackening on the heateel section is greatly reduced. This material is constituted by spraying a copper coating on the matrix of stainless steel by means of plasma.
