摘要
本文针对四缸发动机建立了四自由度有阻尼强迫振动数学模型和反求平均指示压力的数学模型。通过发动机瞬态转速测量 ,可为扭振分析、单缸熄火、稳态及动态测功、单缸功率 (一缸熄火时 )测定、气缸密封性等状态监测及诊断提供数据 ,还可为车辆及发动机开环自适应控制策略等提供必要的转速、扭矩数据。
In this paper, the mass elastic damping torsional vibration model of 4 degrees of freedom and the reversal simulation model reconstructing IMEP are constructed. The research can provide data for torsional vibration analysis, partial cylinder misfire analysis, power measurement in steadily or dynamic state, measurement of single cylinder power (when single cylinder misfire), analysis of cylinder compression and state monitor and diagnose, and also provides the necessary data of engine speed, torsional moment for both open loop and adaptive control strategies.
