摘要
视觉测量技术应用中经常需要测量目标的自动对准。以防伪瓶盖上芯片粘贴过程中的自动对准图像处理为例 ,采用目标区域的重心点坐标定位 ,并结合变分辨率的分段最小二乘拟合法来实现直线边缘拟合 ,分析在拟合过程中容易出现的问题并提出了解决方法。
Automatic alignment of object is often needed in the application of vision measurement technology.Taking the automatic alignment image processing in the chip pasting process of anticounterfeit bottle lid for example,the barycenter point coordinate location in target area in combining with the segment least square fitting algorithm of various resolutions is used to realize the straight line edge fitting. The problems arising out of the fitting process are analyzed,and the solution to the problems is suggested in this paper. Testing result shows that the alignment method discussed in this paper is practical and efficient.
