摘要
用传统的粉末冶金法制备了二硫化钼 铜 石墨复合材料 ,对其电阻率、硬度和耐磨性进行了测试 ,并用金相显微镜和扫描电镜观察了该复合材料的显微组织和磨面形貌 ,分析了二硫化钼含量对该复合材料组织与性能的影响。结果表明 ,随二硫化钼含量的增加 ,该复合材料的电阻率降低 ,硬度升高 ,耐磨性有所增加 ;MoS2 的合理加入量为 4%。
A MoS 2 copper graphite composite has been prepared using the conventional powder metallurgy methods. Its properties, such as resistivity, hardness, and wear resistance were tested, and its microstructure and worn surface were observed under the metalloscope and the scanning electron microscope. Furthermore, the effects of the MoS 2 content on the structure and properties of the composites were analysed. The results show that the resistivity decreases and Rockwell hardness and wear resistance increase with the increase of MoS 2 in the composite. The appropriate content of MoS 2 in the composite is 4%.
