摘要 文章对J.R.Harris提出的群体社会化理论(简称GS理论)作了简要介绍。着重介绍了这一理论对家庭环境作用的理解、理论基本观点、关于人格发展以及对“无法解释的变异”的理解,文章最后综合各家对GS理论的评价,提出作者个人的一些思考。
