摘要
该文从医疗器械管理机构的设置、管理的目标、原则及手段等方面 ,探讨了澳大利亚医疗器械监督管理体制的特点。同时 ,通过比较澳大利亚与我国的医疗器械监督管理体制 ,提出我国在今后的医疗器械监督管理工作中应当实行透明度。
Characteristics of Australian regulatory system of medical device are explored in terms of administrative structure, management objective, principles and approaches. On the basis of comparison of Australian regulatory system with Chinese, the principles of transparency, administration in accordance with law and shift of government function are proposed in regulating medical devices.
