摘要
通过对猴头菌液体发酵的部分环境条件进行试验 ,得出其最适宜的液体发酵条件 ,同时分析了在液体发酵过程中培养基中的DO及 pH值的变化情况。结果表明 :猴头菌部分适宜的发酵条件为 :培养基起始pH值 5 0~ 6 0 ,摇瓶装量 5 0~ 75ml,接种量为 10 % ;发酵过程中DO及 pH值均降低。
In this paper, the appropriate fermentation conditions and the changing situation of pH value and DO value for Hericium erinaceus in submerged culture with shake flask were studied The results showed that the suitable culture conditions were as follows: pH5 0~6 0 volume 50~75 ml/250 ml,inoculate 10%;pH value and DO value were on the decrease in the course of submerged fermentation
