摘要
简要介绍了可靠性强化试验的概念及其国内外研究现状。以某公司通信产品的可靠性强化试验为例,阐述了强化试验的全过程和有关的试验技术与方法,给出了部分典型强化试验应力剖面和试验结果,通过对试验结果的分析得出了相关结论。在此基础上进一步总结了可靠性强化试验技术研究及应用中亟待解决的问题。
This paper introduces the reliability enhancement testing( RET) and its procedures which have been applied to the products of a communication company. Preliminary results and conclusions are given. Furthermore, some problems concerning RET technique and its application get to be solved are addressed.
