摘要
目的 探讨大鼠肝脏缺血再灌注损伤早期肝细胞超微结构的病理变化。方法 切取肝脏局部缺血再灌注模型大鼠肝脏组织 ,观察光镜及电镜下的组织学改变。结果 肝脏局部缺血再灌注模型大鼠肝细胞在缺血 4 0min后再灌注 90min时 ,达到不可逆性破坏。结论 实验大鼠肝脏组织的缺血时间应少于 4 0min。
Objective To study pathological changes of hepatocyte ultrastructure during early stage of short-term liver ischemia-reperfusion in rats.Methods Liver tissue from models of short-term ischemia-reperfusion was removed for observing the histological changes by optical and electron microscope. Results Hepatocytes in the ischemia -reperfusion model rats were subjected to irreversible damages when ischemia was lasted for 40 minutes and reperfusion ninety minutes.Conclusion The time of ischemia in rat hepatic tissues must be less than 40 minutes.
