摘要 从应用的角度详细地介绍了国外预测 PIO时使用 A值及 A准则的情况。进行了计算公式的推导 ,讨论了准则在推导过程中所采用的假设及其适用情况 ,重新整理和校核了计算步骤和算例 。 From application point of view, this paper introduced A value and A criterion for PIO tendency evaluation, the formulas were derived in detail. Then, it discussed the suppositions used in deriving criteria and their suitable cases,reduced and checked calculation procedure and examples in order to use.
