摘要
本文对于2001年下半年以来学术界关于金融混业经营的内涵与外延,混业经营的条件、原因、模式以及中国在加入WTO后的选择等问题进行了较为全面的概括。最后指出,事实上中国早在20世纪90年代后期就已经开始实行渐进式的金融混业经营,只不过是没有引起大家的注意而已。
This article makes a general survey on t he academic researches which are posed on finance mixed management since the lat er period of 2001 It includes the connotation and extension of finance mixed management and its conditions, reasons, patterns and Chinas selection after i ts joining in WTO At last the article points out that finance mixed management , which advances gradually, was implemented in China in the later period of 20 c entury 90 years, but the fact was not noticed at that time
