摘要
本文打破传统组织理论的桎梏 ,将业务流程再造的思想与企业的组织变革结合起来 ,提出了流程导向型的企业组织结构模型。本文对流程导向型组织结构模式进行初步的探讨 。
Apart from traditional organization theory,this paper combines the idea of business process reengineering and organization innovation,and brings forward a model of process-oriented organization structure.This paper has made an exploratory research on process-oriented organization structure,and has given a detailed description on the responsibility and authority system in the new organization.
