摘要
计算机与 CNC 机床的 DNC 控制技术是实现 CAD/CAM 一体化的关键技术之一。本文所介绍的 DNC 系统包括硬件接口技术和相应的一套通讯软件。通讯形式为串行(异步)方式,可实现微机与 FANUC 等系统的DNC 联网。通讯软件采用模块化结构,功能多,操作方便,通讯快而准确。
The DNC control between the computer and the CNC Machine tools is one of the most important technique of CAD and CAM integration.The DNC system described in this paper consists of the hardware inter- face technique and the corresponding commu- nication software.With the series communica- tion mode,this DNC system can establish the DNC Net of computer and the FANUC con- trol system.The communication software, constructed of sereral independent blocks,has various functions and high commnication speed,and is easy to be operated.This DNC system,has succussfully be applied to our fac- tory.
