环氧合酶-2在人脑星形细胞瘤中的表达及其与微血管密度的关系 被引量:1

EXPRESSION OF CYCLOOXYGENASE-2 IN ASTROCYTIC TUMOR AND ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH MICROVESSEL DENSITY

摘要 目的 :研究环氧合酶 - 2 (Cyciooxygenase - 2Cox - 2 )在人脑星形细胞瘤中的表达及其与微血管密度 (mi crovesseldensityMVD)的关系。方法 :用免疫组织化学方法对 4 5例脑星形细胞瘤和 16例非肿瘤脑组织的Cox - 2蛋白和MVD进行测定 ,Cox - 2的表达用标记指数 (labelingindexLI)表示。结果 :Cox - 2在脑星形细胞瘤中的表达 (LI平均为 4 7.6 4 )显著高于其在非肿瘤组织中的表达 (LI平均为 4 .2 4 ) ,并随肿瘤恶性程度增高而增高 ;在肿瘤组织中 ,LI与MVD呈正相关 (r=0 .4 0 7,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :Cox - 2的过度表达可能与脑星形细胞瘤的发生、发展有关 ,也许对脑星形细胞瘤的血管生成具有促进作用。 Objective:To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (Cox-2) in astrocytic tumor and its relationship with microvessel density (MVD).Method:The Cox-2 protein and MVD were examined by immunohistochemical stain in 45 brain astrocytic tumor tissues and 16 non-tumor brain tissues. The expression of Cox-2 was indicated with labeling index (LI).Result:Tile expression of Cox-2 protein in astrocytic tumor tissues (LI mean=47.64) was significantly higher than that in non-turnor brain tissues (LI mean=4.24), and it increased parallel with the elevation of malignant degree. In astrocytic tumor, there was a positive correlation between LI and MVD(r=0.407, P <0.01). Conclusion: The overexpression of Cox-2 perhaps associated with the occurrence and development of astrocytic tumor,and it may be contributes to tumor angiogenesis.
