摘要 研究了在-70℃和180℃拉伸变形对304不锈钢应力腐蚀的影响,结果表明,随着拉伸变形量的增加,180℃拉伸变形的304不锈钢在42%沸腾MgCl_2溶液中应力腐蚀破裂敏感性逐渐减小,而在-70℃拉伸变形的304不锈钢在42%沸腾MgCl_2溶液中应力腐蚀破裂敏感性经历了一个从减小到增大的过程。马氏体相的存在导致304不锈钢在42%沸腾MgCl_2溶液中应力腐蚀破裂敏感性增大。 304 stainless steel (304 SS) had been stretched at -70 ℃ and +180 ℃. Martensite phase content in stretched 304 stainless steel was determined by the use of ferrimagnetometer and the distribution of the dislocations was observed by the use of transmission electron microscope (TEM). The influence of drawing deformation at -70 ℃ and +180 ℃ on stress corrosion cracking of 304 SS was investigated. Results showed that as the degree of drawing deformation increased stress corrosion cracking (SCC) susceptibility of 304 SS stretched at 180 ℃ decreased, while SCC susceptibility of 304 SS stretched at -70 ℃ decreased at first, then increased. Presence of the martensite phase made SCC susceptibility of 304SS increase.
