摘要
本文介绍了由于工作环境温度的变化测压铜柱在实际动态压力测量时产生误差的原因 ,为探讨铜柱温度变化规律 ,组织了三批次Φ3 5mm× 8 75mm铜柱进行了高、低、常温的准动态标定实验 ,根据动标数据分析了铜柱高低温测压误差的变化规律 ,阐明了建立测压铜柱温度统一误差修正公式的意义 ,探讨了该公式的建立方法 ,建立了温度统一修正公式 ,并对其可行性进行了验证 。
When pressure measuring copper cylinders are used to measure dynamic pressures, variation of working environment temperature will often cause measuring error. To find out rules governing the temperature errors, experiments of dynamic calibration under high low and normal temperatures for three batches of Φ3.5mm×8.75mm copper cylinders have been carried out. According to the experimental data, the law of variation of pressure measuring error was analyzed. The meaning of deriving a unitary temperature correction equation for pressure measuring copper cylinders was clarified. Means of forming the unitary temperature correction equation was discussed, and the correction equation was derived. The feasibility of this equation has been tested and its result was found satisfactory.
